Software services firm 3i Infotech Ltd said on Thursday it has acquired 26 per cent stake in Hyderabad-based IT infrastructure services firm Locuz Enterprise Solutions Ltd, for an undisclosed firm.
3i has an option to acquire the remaining stake, it said in a statement, but did not disclose further details.
